• How do I know which size shoes to order?
- Each baby shoes product page, has a unique sizing chart, specific to that particular style.
- Measure your baby's feet with socks on, from the tip of the big toe to the heel.
- Measure both feet and use the larger of the two measurements, to select the size.
- Toddlers tend to curl their toes when you try to measure, so make sure the feet are flat, preferably while they are standing.
- For your convenience, each squeaky shoes item page has its own sizing chart.
- The ½" recommended comfort space, is already built into our sizing charts - No need to add length to your measurements.
• Are different WIDTHS available for your squeaky baby shoes? Each of our styles is either Medium(average), Wide or Extra Wide. See the catalog item description for any particular style.
• How can I learn more about baby shoes, baby feet and Pip Squeakers® squeaky shoes? For a wealth of information on baby shoes and feet, visit our Facts Page.
• I like the squeaky shoes’ styles, but don’t want the squeak. Is that an option? No problem, just select the "No Squeak" option and we will disable the squeakers permanently.
• Can Pip Squeakers® help with toe walking? Yes, the squeak in most of our styles, is generated by pressing on the insole, mid-foot to heel. We can modify your new Pip Squeakers®, so that the sounds are created predominantly from heel strikes.

Please note that sandals and soft sole shoes cannot be modified.
Sorry, no refunds/returns on custom modified shoes, so it is extremely important to measure the feet correctly. Please refer to the Measuring Q&A on this page, for measuring instructions.
• My baby is not walking yet, are Pip Squeakers® appropriate? Although experts recommend bare feet or soft non-slip footwear for pre-walkers, your baby can have fun wearing Pip Squeakers® in their favorite exercise apparatus. Whether your baby is in a Jumperoo™, Intellitainer™ or bouncy seat, Pip Squeakers® will double their fun and motivate them to move their legs and feet.
• Why do you glue your squeakers in? When squeakers are taken out and put back in, often, the rubbery friction disappears. Once this happens, the squeakers will pop out on their own, presenting a potential choking hazard. Whenever buying squeaky shoes, always insist on glued in squeakers.
• How do I clean Pip Squeakers®? As with most shoes, hand washing is recommended. Use a mild detergent on all squeaky shoe styles. For stubborn stains on light colored shoes, a "Pre-Soak" can be used. Machine washing is not recommended.
Our soft sole shoes can be machine washed, but we recommend gentle spot washing to ensure a long life.
• Will the "squeak" bother parents? The "squeak" is like the sound of a rubber duckie. If you're the kind of person that finds joy in the smile on your little one's face, then Pip Squeakers® will surely supply the smiles. Just have your camera ready! To temporarily disable, place a piece of tape over the squeaker.

• Are GIFT CERTIFICATES available? Gift certificates are available in ten denominations, ranging from $10 to $100. For more details, visit ourGift Certificate page.
• What are your shipping policies? All United States orders, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO, are shipped postal service Priority Mail or First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation, arriving in 2 to 5 days, depending on the location.
Once your payment has cleared, your order will be shipped the same day or the next morning(Monday-Saturday).

• What is your return and exchange policy? For exchanges and returns, please log in to My Account and select "Add Request", to obtain a Return Authorization number. Once we receive your Request, the RA# and instructions will be emailed to you.
We carefully inspect each and every item before shipping to ensure the quality of your purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on worn or damaged items. Products must be in their original undamaged packaging, otherwise a $1.00 per pair restocking fee will be charged.
Return and exchange requests should be made within 15 days of receipt.
Postage expenses to return an item and to re-ship a new item, will be your responsibility. Returns for exchange must include a check for the appropriate shipping charges(see above chart).
