| Return/Exchanges: |
We inspect each and every pair of shoes before shipping, to ensure the quality of your purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on worn or damaged shoes. Shoes must be in their original undamaged shoe-boxes, otherwise a $1.00 per pair restocking fee will be charged.
You may return an item for refund or exchange within 10 days of the shipment date. For exchanges and returns,please email our CUSTOMER CARE TEAM for a Return Authorization Number. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. If you want an exchange item, please include desired style, color, size, shipping address and a check for the appropriate shipping charge(see chart on FAQ's page).
Shipping expenses to return items to us and to re-ship exchange items, are your responsibility. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
